Two vertical digester pipes had developed leaks due to corrosion. The water treatment facility chose to restore these pipes with our HydraWrap system.

Thanks to HydraWrap, the leaks were eliminated from these two vertical digester pipes. The pipes were given new strength, and the application will provide a layer of protection against future corrosion.
Severe external corrosion was threatening the integrity of an 8 inch gas main that ran through a hotel basement. In only two days, HydraWrap rehabilitated 18 feet of this gas main at a fraction of the cost and time associated with replacement.

17 HydraTite box seals were installed in a storm drain sump. A small crew was able to rehabilitate this system’s joints in only 7 onsite days.
In a recent project, HydraTech’s crew climbed into two culverts to install HydraTite Internal Pipe Joint Seals over every pipe joint. One location had a single 54″ culvert and the other was a triple 39.5″ culvert. In total 45 joints were sealed. This installation will guard against infiltration and will help protect the road above from the formation of sinkholes.
A water pollution district discovered infiltration with a camera inspection. They chose HydraTite as there trenchless solution that could be installed without the pipes being taken out of service.
